Strong fundamentals: There is no recipe for what we are building so a strong grasp of circuit and design fundamentals will be necessary for success. You understand the how and the why. You know when to follow design rules and when to break them.
THE ROLE:
You will take our designs from proof of concept to prototype and mass production. You will be responsible for schematic capture, board layout, analog circuit design, signal processing, and extensive testing and debugging. You will be a part of creating the technology and understanding the limits of what it can do. You have shipped electronic products through the NPI phases and are comfortable with the concepts of EVT, DVT, and PVT. If you understand analog circuits and have pulled your hair out trying to debug a crosstalk or desense issue, we want to talk to you. If you believe that hardware development should be as fast and easy as software development, and you are interested in solving a grand challenge, you may be a good fit. This is not a role for an architect or systems engineer who is uncomfortable with mixed-signal design. It is for someone who wants to work in person with great people, solving tough challenges, and creating the foundation for a new technology and culture.
